For the material friction experiment, the experiment highly restores the braking situation of the train at different speeds, tests the friction coefficient and life of the brake pads under the influence of the train at different speeds and different pressures on the braking distance. This system simulates the braking of a train, and the system pressure is very unstable in the low and medium pressure control room due to the huge vibration caused by the direct friction between friction material and steel wheel. By collecting a large number of data, the DMASS team analyzed the fluctuation value of each pressure corresponding to the vibration, and made multiple groups of pressure buffer adjustment to achieve automatic matching, perfectly solving the pressure fluctuation, so as to make the experimental data more accurate. Through close technical cooperation with customers, customized special servo controller for customers, so as to perfectly solve customer problems.
