Internal and external diameter measurement of precision coupling parts of servo hydraulic valves
Electro-hydraulic servo valve is a key component in electro-hydraulic servo control, it is a kind of hydraulic control valve that receives the analog electrical signal and outputs the modulated flow and pressure accordingly. The main technical requirements are as follows: the spool and valve sleeve match clearance is generally 0.005~0.035mm match clearance tolerance is 0.005~0.015mm roundness and cylindricity tolerance is generally 0.002~0.008mm
