The main reasons are:
Control valve operation flexibility is poor;
There is air in the return pipe, and the liquid level exceeds the requirements;
The hydraulic pump speed is not up to standard, the steering is not correct, the overall performance is poor, there is wear phenomenon;
Seal or hydraulic components are broken;
The pressure of the accumulator is small, the oil absorption is not smooth, and the oil tank liquid does not reach the standard line.
Treatment method:
To replace and repair damaged components;
To check the function of the accumulator and the sealing effect of the system, strictly test the hydraulic pump and prime mover, and replace the hydraulic pump whose quality is not up to standard;
Do a good job of adding oil, reduce the viscosity of hydraulic oil, so that the suction pipe is unobstructed.
